moor-orca provides premium vehicle rental services in Manchester, United Kingdom. Our services include vehicle booking, rental arrangements, and related customer support. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

Eligibility Requirements

To rent a vehicle through our service, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Hold a valid driving licence for a minimum of three years
• Provide valid identification and proof of address
• Meet our insurance and verification requirements
• Have the financial means to cover rental costs and security deposits

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet these requirements or whose rental history suggests risk.

Booking and Reservations

Booking requests submitted through our website are subject to availability confirmation. A reservation is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us. We reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion.

Advance payment or deposit may be required to secure certain bookings. Payment terms will be communicated during the booking process.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled collection time may receive a full refund minus administrative fees. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to partial refund or forfeiture of deposit, depending on circumstances.

No-shows and same-day cancellations result in forfeiture of all payments made. We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to vehicle unavailability, in which case a full refund will be provided.

Vehicle Use and Restrictions

Vehicles must be used in accordance with UK road traffic laws and regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using the vehicle for commercial transport or delivery services
• Subletting or allowing unauthorised persons to drive
• Driving under the influence of alcohol or controlled substances
• Transporting hazardous materials
• Participating in racing or competitive driving events
• Driving on unsuitable terrain or in prohibited areas

Insurance and Liability

All rentals include basic insurance coverage as required by UK law. Renters are responsible for excess charges in the event of damage, theft, or accidents. Optional excess reduction packages are available.

Renters are liable for all fines, penalties, and charges incurred during the rental period, including parking violations and traffic offences.

Vehicle Condition and Returns

Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as collected, accounting for normal wear. You are responsible for:

• Damage beyond normal wear occurring during the rental period
• Missing items or accessories
• Excessive cleaning required due to interior soiling
• Fuel replacement if not returned with a full tank

Late returns without prior authorisation may incur additional daily charges at premium rates.

Security Deposits

Security deposits are held as pre-authorisation on your payment method. Deposits are released within five business days following successful vehicle return and inspection. Deductions may be made for damages, violations, or outstanding charges.

Pricing and Payments

All prices are quoted in British Pounds and exclude fuel charges unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Additional charges may apply for:

• Additional drivers
• Extended rental periods
• Out-of-hours collection or return
• Cleaning and damage fees
• Traffic violations and fines

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of moor-orca or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
